Next Wednesday, July 9, elections will be held in the AIJEC to choose the board that will lead the entity for the next three years. These will be held to coincide with the annual Ordinary General Assembly of members. The first call will be at 6 p.m. and the second call at 6:30 p.m. The day will take place in the Library of the Cotton House Hotel (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 670, Barcelona).
AGENDA:
1. Reading of the minutes of the previous General Assembly, and approval if applicable.
2. Presentation of the accounts for the 2024 financial year, and approval if applicable.
3. Report on the management of the Executive Committee by the Secretary General, and approval if applicable.
4. Presentation, by the electoral board, of the candidacies for President of the Association and members of the Executive Committee. Speeches by the candidates, voting and proclamation of the elected candidacy.
5. Prayers and questions.
The General Assembly is the sovereign body of the association, it is made up of all full members (entrepreneur status and under 45 years of age) at the time of its celebration and its agreements that are adopted during its course will be mandatory for all members.
