I ho fan una volta rere l’altra, amb persistència i perseverança. Sovint lideren un projecte carregat d’innovacions (de producte, de servei, de manera de resoldre un problema). Així doncs, l’AIJEC la veig com les sales de boxes, l’espai on aquests pilots poden treure’s el casc, i retrobar-se en la mirada, on poden comentar la dificultat que tots s’han trobat en aquell revolt (i ajuntar forces per provocar un canvi al respecte), o poden trobar unes peces que els hi falten. I també a l’AIJEC poden omplir el dipòsit del propòsit amb els seus propis valors.
Minimal Heros Marçal Gabriel Per a mi formar part de l’AIJEC, a part d’una oportunitat brutal per a poder tenir espectadors que és el que tota la gent de l’audiovisual i els artistes volem, és tenir la oportunitat d’aprendre quelcom que jo no se i que estic obligat a aprendre: moure’m i saber com caminar en el món de l’empresa. O sigui una oportunitat d’aprendre molt gran i tenir un públic molt gran que pugui apreciar la meva feina.
