AIJEC, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, as responsible for the Website, informs all users who provide or will provide their personal data, that these will be subject to treatment that has been registered among the treatment activities of www.aijec.cat, in accordance with the provisions of article 30 of the RGPD.

The data we process about you for the legitimate purposes set out below is limited to your corporate contact information relating to the company, entity or organization for which you work, collaborate or represent.

 

WHY WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

We process your corporate contact details for the sole purpose of being able to maintain the associative, commercial, contractual or collaborative relationships that AIJEC maintains with the company, entity or organization for which you work, collaborate or represent. .

We may also use your data to send commercial communications relating to AIJEC services, and that are similar in nature to those that motivate the relationship between AIJEC and you, or between AIJEC and the company, entity or organization for which you work on or collaborate with.

WHY WE CAN PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

The processing of your corporate contact details related to the maintenance of the relationship of the company, entity or organization for which you work, collaborate or represent with AIJEC responds to a legitimate interest of our entity, expressly recognized by privacy regulations.

The processing of your personal data by sending promotional information to partners on AIJEC activity similar to those that motivate the relationship with the company, entity or organization for which you work, collaborate or represent, responds to a legitimate interest of our entity and is authorized by current regulations.

 

WHEN AND WHY WE CAN PROVIDE YOUR DATA TO THIRD PARTIES.

  • Public Administrations: for the fulfillment of the legal obligations to which AIJEC is subject by its activity.

FOR WHEN WE WILL KEEP YOUR DATA.

Your personal data will be kept as long as your relationship with AIJEC is maintained and, after the termination of this relationship for any reason, during the applicable statutory limitation periods. In this case, they will be treated for the sole purpose of proving compliance with our legal or contractual obligations.

At the end of these limitation periods, your data will be deleted or alternatively, anonymized.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS.
