AIJEC and FELICICAT have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at promoting organisational wellbeing and creating new opportunities for AIJEC members.
The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration between AIJEC – Associació Independent de Joves Empresaris de Catalunya and FELICICAT – Institut Català de la Felicitat, an organisation specialising in promoting and measuring individual and collective wellbeing within organisations.
Under the agreement, AIJEC members will have access to preferential conditions on FELICICAT’s services, including workplace climate assessments, wellbeing strategies, training and certification programmes, wellbeing events, conferences and workplace transformation.
The agreement also includes joint communication and visibility initiatives, as well as the possibility of developing studies on the business landscape in Catalonia and wellbeing in the workplace.
Through this collaboration, AIJEC continues to expand its network of partner organisations and provide resources and opportunities that contribute to the growth and development of its member companies.
