This report indicates that the vice president of AIJEC, Estefania González Campins, will participate as moderator of the conference “Donate and technology: A search for a necessary match” organized by Foment del Treball. Promoted by the Entrepreneurial Commissions, which González Campins chairs, and the Digital Society of the employers’ association, the session is dedicated to reflecting on the role of women in the technology sector.
During this time, the urgent need to raise barriers is going to be put on the table, both at the educational and professional levels, to promote the inclusion of gifts in the ICT sector and to promote the initiatives that already exist to measure real equality among companies.
Estefania González Campins will share the spotlight with Maria Mora, Director of Development Innovation; Myriam Blázquez, general director of Experis Spain; Carla Zaldua Aguirre, CEO of accessXible; Izaskun Ramos, Director of Public Sector and member of the Management Committee of SAP Spain; Mireia Olle Pallares, VP Customer Partner at Kyndryl and Pilar Sanz Salvo, director of the Woman Forward Foundation.
With only 22% of founders in the Catalan startup ecosystem, the participants will agree on the need to continue working for a more fair, diverse and representative ecosystem, because they face the fact that society insists on promoting equality, the reality is that all and both genders have the talent, the qualifications and the ability to lead, Gifts are often underrepresented in the highest spheres of business.
