This Wednesday we held the Ordinary General Assembly, in which the new board of directors that will lead the entity until 2028 was approved by vote. Vicenç Del Mar Mullor, entrepreneur in the ICT sector and until now treasurer of the AIJEC, has been elected president, taking over from Ruben Sans Solsona, who is ending a five-year period at the head of the AIJEC

Vicenç Del Mar Mullor heads a new stage with a board that combines experience and new additions, with the desire to promote a more open, digital AIJEC, and connected to the reality of today’s young entrepreneurs. “We want to give a new impetus to the AIJEC, focusing on rejuvenation, innovation, digitalization and international openness,” declared the new president.

The roadmap for this new mandate is structured around nine strategic axes that seek to bring the association closer to new generations of entrepreneurs, strengthen the internal community, strengthen institutional alliances, promote digital communication and create an intergenerational mentoring program. It also aims to strengthen the territorial presence in Girona, Lleida and Tarragona, and consolidate a more global AIJEC open to international collaborations and opportunities, “opening ourselves to the ecosystem of entrepreneurs from all over the world who have chosen Catalonia to develop their projects”.

Ruben Sans Solsona closes a five-year period at the head of AIJEC marked by the drive for internationalization, with a prominent presence in organizations such as Yes For Europe, the European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs; FIJE, the Ibero-American Federation of Young Entrepreneurs; or the G20 YEA, the G20 network of young entrepreneurs. During its mandate, AIJEC has achieved positive economic results year after year, generated strategic reserves and strengthened its role as the voice of young entrepreneurs, consolidating itself as a solid and recognized entity within the Catalan business ecosystem.

With seven years of involvement in the governing bodies of the entity, Vicenç Del Mar Mullor assumes the presidency with the commitment to lead a more representative, dynamic and useful AIJEC for the new generations of young entrepreneurs in the country.

In this new board, Vicenç Del Mar Mullor is accompanied by: Cristina Hernández and Amanda Ceballo as vice presidents, Lluís Feliu as general secretary, Laura Puigvert as treasurer, Víctor Costa, Joan Torras, Laura Guix, Albert Celma, Claudia Salaet and Raimon Recoder as members and Griselda Grau as president of Aijec Plus.
