AIJEC is holding a new Experience Luncheon with Carlota Pi, co-founder and executive president of holaluz, as the main guest. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, February 18 at 1:45 p.m. at the Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel (Barcelona) and will bring together young entrepreneurs interested in being inspired by projects that are transforming the future. A leader in the transition to a renewable, digital and people-centered energy model, Pi has led holaluz since 2010 with the aim of democratizing access to green energy, consolidating it as a key company in the sector and culminating a period of strong growth with the IPO in 2019.
Following that impetus, last year holaluz faced a particularly demanding context that tested the solidity of the project and the organization’s capacity to adapt. This period has strengthened the company’s resilience and allowed it to redefine priorities to build a more sustainable model in the long term. During the lunch, our guest – who was a finalist in the 2013 Young Entrepreneur Award – will share firsthand this double experience – success and complexity management – and how to lead a crisis after great business growth, providing key lessons for entrepreneurs and managers.
