AIJEC Young Entrepreneurs and the Princesa de Girona Foundation sign a collaboration agreement with the aim of promoting young entrepreneurial talent and supporting people who decide to create their own company.
The two entities will collaborate from now on to encourage the training of young Catalan businessmen and encourage their professional growth in the field of entrepreneurship. This collaboration seeks to reinforce the role of Catalonia as a hub of innovation and entrepreneurial talent, especially in sectors such as STEM, biotech, medicine, quantum, or companies related to the field of ICT and digital transformation.
This agreement shows a commitment to the future by AIJEC Joves Empresaris and the Fundació Princesa de Girona who want to continue working for the creation of social, cultural and economic value in the territory through the creation and consolidation of business projects led by young people. The two entities are committed to deploying joint initiatives that serve to promote talent, investment research and support for entrepreneurship.
For Ruben Sans Solsona, president of AIJEC Joves Empresaris, encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit among young people is to offer them tools that can help them not only to face the creation of a business project but also to face social and life challenges. For this reason, the president of AIJEC Young Entrepreneurs sees this collaboration “as an opportunity to reach young people with talent and grow in them the concerns of entrepreneurship”.
According to Salvador Tasqué, general director of the Fundació Princesa de Girona, “with this agreement we can connect our project with a Catalan association that is important in the economic and labor activation of the country through young people and that is committed to their entrepreneurial nature”. The Foundation is very clearly committed to strengthening its activity in Catalonia in general and in Girona in particular, “with the aim of contributing to positioning Girona as a center for young talent”, says Tasqué.
