AIJEC and the Zona Franca Consortium expand their alliance to promote young talent

The Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Catalonia and the Consortium of the Zona Franca of Barcelona have signed a new collaboration agreement that reinforces their shared commitment to entrepreneurial talent and the future of the Catalan business fabric.

With this agreement, the CZFB will continue to sponsor the Award for the Best Business Initiative within the framework of the Young Entrepreneur Award 2026, one of the reference events to recognize the excellence, innovation and leadership of young entrepreneurs in the country.

In addition to sponsoring the award, the agreement foresees the implementation of joint actions to promote the connection between young entrepreneurs and the technological and industrial ecosystem of the Zona Franca, generating new opportunities for growth, collaboration and business development.

The agreement was signed by the president of AIJEC, Vicenç del Mar Mullor, and the general director of CZFB, Blanca Sorigué, and This alliance consolidates the will of both entities to continue working together to strengthen the young business ecosystem in Catalonia, promoting innovation, competitiveness and the connection between emerging companies and strategic environments.

Vicenç del Mar Mullor, president of AIJEC, highlighted that “this collaboration allows us to offer new opportunities to young entrepreneurs and strengthen the visibility of the entrepreneurial initiatives that are transforming our country”. In this sense, he stressed the importance of adding partnerships with key institutions to continue promoting projects with impact.

With this agreement, AIJEC continues to consolidate strategic alliances that contribute to promoting young business leadership and projecting emerging talent as one of the future drivers of the Catalan economy.
