This week, AIJEC held the second edition of AIJEC Global Minds, an initiative that continues to strengthen the connection between international talent and Catalonia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. The event took place at the Consulate of Mexico in Barcelona, a setting that once again highlighted the project’s global dimension and fostered the exchange of ideas, experiences, and opportunities.

During the session, attendees had the opportunity to learn firsthand about several internationally oriented entrepreneurial initiatives. Among them were projects focused on innovation in the manufacturing of printable buildings, exploring new ways to build the future, as well as a gastronomic entrepreneurship proposal centered on the production of Mexican bread, combining tradition with business vision.

From the AIJEC community, the event featured the participation of Amanda Ceballo Iñigo, an expert in artificial intelligence, who provided a strategic perspective on the impact of AI on business, and Rai Recoder, co-founder of Deleito, who shared his experience in brand creation and scalability.

The session was moderated by the organization’s vice president, Dr. Cristina Hernández-Martí Pérez, who led an enriching dialogue among diverse profiles, fostering connections across cultures, sectors, and professional backgrounds.

With this new edition of AIJEC Global Minds, AIJEC reaffirms its commitment to creating spaces that connect young entrepreneurs with the world, driving real opportunities for collaboration and growth in a globalized environment.
