The Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Catalonia (AIJEC), together with the Cercle d’Economia, presents in Marx the new cycle of trobades “From creating to consolidating. First generation business leadership”, a space conceived to connect entrepreneurs and first generation companies with a broad trajectory of new generations of entrepreneurs recent consolidations, which provide innovative visions on business and leadership.
The cycle neix with the will to create a space of intergenerational working, on the business experience and the coneixement acquired through the long dialogue of the two new ways of understanding the management, the prey of decisions and the leadership in an economic and business context in constant transformation.
Through various sessions, participants will share ideas, experiences and learning, promoting the exchange of connections and the generation of synergies. The objective is to reinforce the entrepreneurial spirit, to promote an open perspective that integrates the solidity of experience with the capacity for innovation and adaptation of the new generations.
With this joint initiative, AIJEC and the Cercle d’Economia refer to their commitment to responsible business leadership, collaboration between generations and the construction of solid, competitive and prepared companies to face the challenges of a future marked by constant change.
