Forty AIJEC Joves Empresaris businessmen met on Thursday, July 8, at the organization’s first face-to-face event after many months. Josep Fajula, CEO of Oca Global, was the protagonist of the meeting, which served to inaugurate the #DINARS_de_FUTUR, a new format to share the experience of young people who with their work and projects have already become in referents.
Fajula, which founded its inspection and certification company in 2010, shared with all attendees how were the beginnings of this company that, in just one decade, already has a turnover of 80 million euros and has about 2,300 workers in 15 different countries. “Entrepreneurship is a journey of a lifetime and to make it better to surround yourself with friends and family,” said Fajula, who also admitted that he had made some very wrong decisions over the years. For the entrepreneur, to grow, you have to dare and do new things because “nothing we have done so far will help us get where we want to go”.
The CEO of the world’s fastest-growing organic company probably reviewed his short-, medium- and long-term goals, and insisted that surviving the covid has allowed them to second largest investment they have ever made, with the purchase of new offices.
Fajula closed his speech by recalling that in all entrepreneurial history “there are many failures and many mistakes” and that we must learn from them, believe in the project, be persistent and work long hours.
